    AN ELEMENTARY ANALYSIS OF ROLLING STATE OF MANDREL PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 淺析了幾種類(lèi)型連軋管機(jī)軋制過(guò)程,指出了限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)軋制過(guò)程是浮動(dòng)芯棒達(dá)軋管機(jī)的一個(gè)特例。用K機(jī)架前移和零機(jī)架的概念,將兩種類(lèi)型連軋管機(jī)聯(lián)系在一起。討論了有關(guān)連軋管機(jī)速度制度設(shè)定、微調(diào)技術(shù)應(yīng)用等生產(chǎn)技術(shù)問(wèn)題。

       

      Abstract: The writer gives readers an elementary analysis about the rolling processes of several types of mandrel pipe mills, pointing out that the rolling process of the retained-mandrel mill is in fact a special case of the floating-mandrel mill. By introducing the concepts of K Stand moving forward and Zero Stand,the said two types of mandrel mill can be regarded as one. In addition, some production technical issues arediscussed in the paper, including setting of the mill speed pattern, fine adjustment and so forth.
