Application of Intelligent System to the Production Line of Pipe Finishing

摘要: 簡介了管加工生產(chǎn)線上應用的智能系統(tǒng), 闡述了系統(tǒng)中總線接口模塊、智能模塊、總線掃描原理、手動監(jiān)視器（HHM）的軟件及其應用。在管加工冷區(qū)工藝生產(chǎn)線中,以可編程序控制器、智能I/O模塊作為中心控制元件,通過外部開關、傳感器與編程器內(nèi)部軟件相結合,對機電設備實現(xiàn)同步控制,使生產(chǎn)取得良好的效益。

Abstract: Briefed in the article is the intelligent system used for steel tube finishing facility, covering details concerning the system bus interface module, the intelligent module, the theory of bus scanning and the portable monitor （HHM） software and application thereof. For the cold-processing lines of the tube finishing facility, to achieve better production result, the electromechanical equipment are synchronously controlled by means of the central control components like PLCs and the intelligent I/O modules and the integration of the external switches, sensors and internal software of the programmer.
