摘要: 研究了利用Y型三輥輥模長芯棒冷拔無縫鋼管的減徑減壁生產(chǎn)新技術(shù)。與常規(guī)固定模拉拔相比,輥模拉撥改變了變形區(qū)的摩擦條件、速度條件和變形條件,減少了金屬與模具間的摩擦,簡化了生產(chǎn)工藝。Abstract: The study involves the new technique for diameter/wall thichness reduction of cold-drawn seamless steel tube with three-roll die and long mandrel. Compared with the traditional fixed-die drawing technique, the new roll-die drawing technique can provide such advantages as better friction condition of the deformation zone,improved velocity condition and deformation conditions,which result in less friction between the metal and the die and simplification of the manufacturing process.
