    Development of Manufacturing Process for P91 Steel Large Diameter Thick Wall Boiler Pipe

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)合理配比化學(xué)成分，制定坯料加熱工藝、熱軋工藝和熱處理工藝，成功開(kāi)發(fā)出P91大直徑厚壁無(wú)縫鋼管。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)的P91大直徑厚壁無(wú)縫鋼管，其幾何尺寸、室溫及高溫力學(xué)性能均符合ASME SA 335/SA 335M—2010、GB 5310—2008標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，在600℃、105h下的持久強(qiáng)度為96.32 MPa，滿足熱電廠超臨界機(jī)組鍋爐制造及電站高溫管道使用要求。

       

      Abstract: A P91 steel large diameter thick wall seamless steel pipe is developed by selecting reasonable chemical composition, billet heating process, hot rolling process and heat treatment process.The testing results show that all of the geometrical dimensions, the room& high temperature mechanical properties of the product can meet the requirements of ASME SA 335/SA 335M-2010 and GB 5310-2008.Its endurance strength under 600℃and 105h is 96.32 MPa, which meets the requirements for boiler construction of supercritical units of thermal power plants and for high temperature pipelines of power stations.
