摘要: 本文對(duì)不銹鋼管穿孔時(shí)產(chǎn)生內(nèi)折缺陷的原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。文中提出,只要制定合理的工藝參數(shù),嚴(yán)格操作,內(nèi)折缺陷會(huì)大大減少,成材率大幅度提高。Abstract: A deep analysis is carried out for the causes of internal folds of stainless steel tubes formed during piercing. It is emphasized that provided proper technological parameters are set up and operation requirements are strictly followed, internal folds will be greatly reduced so as to enhance the yield considerably.
