    HI-CR COMPOUND STRAIGHTENING ROLL

    • 摘要: 介紹了高鉻復(fù)合矯直輥的研制及其使用情況。實(shí)踐表明,使用高鉻復(fù)合矯直輥軋制鋼管和型鋼其壽命比冷硬鑄鐵矯直輥高20～50倍,比鍛鋼矯直輥高2～10倍。

       

      Abstract: The development and operation practise of the Hi-Cr compound straightening roll are introduced in the article. The practice has brought a conclusion that for rolling steel tubes or sections, the Hi-Cr compound straightening roll has a service life 20-50 times longer that the coldhardened cast rion straightening roll and 2-10 times longer than the forged steel straightening roll.
