摘要: 介紹了采用二次穿孔加冷拔的工藝生產(chǎn)Φ133mm×5mm不銹鋼管的有關(guān)工藝參數(shù)和幾種熱穿孔工藝方案。熱穿孔工藝試驗(yàn)表明,C方案的熱穿孔成材率最高。Abstract: Described in the paper are technological parameters and several options for hot-piercing process with respective to manufacturing Φ133mm × 5mm stainless steel tubes with secondary piercing plus cold-drawing. The experimental hot-piercing operation shows that Option C resulted in the highest hot-piercing process yield.
