    合金半鋼軋輥在均整機(jī)上的應(yīng)用

    APPLICATION OF ALLOY SEMI-STEEL ROLL TO REELING MILL

    • 摘要: 對比了用于Φ100mm自動軋管機(jī)組均整機(jī)的60SiMnMo鋼和ZUB140CrMo半鋼軋輥使用情況。試驗表明,ZUB140CrMo半鋼軋輥具有硬度落差小,耐磨性好等優(yōu)點,是均整機(jī)軋輥的理想材料。

       

      Abstract: Operation of 60SiMnMo steel roll employed by reeling mill of O.D. 100 mm plug pipe plant is compared with that of ZUB140CrMo semi-steel roll employed by the same mill.Relevant experiments show that the ZUB140CrMo semi-steel roll has advantages such as slight hardness difference and good wear resistance, being a satisfactory reeler roll in terms of material.
