    Analysis of Structure and Mechanical Properties of SA106C Steel Tube Treated with Isothermal Normalization Process

    • 摘要: 在SA106C毛管常規(guī)正火處理工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了等溫正火處理工藝,并對比分析了SA106C毛管經(jīng)常規(guī)正火及等溫正火處理后的金相組織與力學(xué)性能。分析認(rèn)為:與常規(guī)正火處理相比,SA106C毛管經(jīng)等溫正火處理后,其晶粒更加細(xì)化,晶粒度提高2級,屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度約提高30MPa,沖擊韌性略有提高,材料綜合力學(xué)性能較好。

       

      Abstract: Based on the convenient normalization heat treatment process for the SA106C steel tube,the isothermal normalization process is presented. And a comparative analysis is made to the metallographic structure and the mechanical properties of the SA106C tube as treated with the convenient normalization process and to those of the same tube as treated with the isothermal normalization process. The analysis result shows that compared with the convenient normalization process,the isothermal normalization process makes the tube much better in terms of structure and property,i.e.,the grain structure is finer with grain size enhanced by 2. both the yield strength and tensile strength are increased by about 30 MPa,the impact toughness is also a little bit increased,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the material are good.
