    高鋼級(jí)射孔槍管的試制

    Experimental Manufacture of Hi-grade Steel Tube for Perforating Gun-making

    • 摘要: 高鋼級(jí)射孔槍管是制作油氣井高性能射孔槍主要部件的管料,以前全部依靠進(jìn)口。通過(guò)對(duì)高鋼級(jí)射孔槍管鋼種設(shè)計(jì)、性能設(shè)計(jì)及內(nèi)徑尺寸控制技術(shù)的研究,制定了按內(nèi)徑生產(chǎn)鋼管的控制工藝,研制出各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)滿足用戶要求的高鋼級(jí)射孔槍管。

       

      Abstract: The subjective hi-grade steel tube is used for making the key component of the hi-efficiency perforating gun as used for oil/gas well service. Such material was in the past totally imported from abroad. Based on the research involving steel grade design, property design and ID control technology of the said tube, a control technology focusing on ID to manufacture the tube is developed, resulting in development of the said tube with all the target property values satisfactory to customer requirements.
