    Analysis of Technological Advantages of HFW 508 Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: FFX成型及定徑、高頻焊接、焊縫熱處理、無損探傷等新技術(shù)和設(shè)備的開發(fā)并應(yīng)用于中直徑HFW鋼管生產(chǎn),促進(jìn)了HFW鋼管生產(chǎn)和技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展。中直徑HFW鋼管已在海上和陸上油氣輸送方面得到了廣泛使用。近年來,X80鋼級(jí)管線管及TUF油井管的問世,為中直徑HFW鋼管開辟了更廣泛的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。以華油鋼管公司揚(yáng)州分公司的HFW508直縫焊管機(jī)組為例,介紹了該類機(jī)組的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及先進(jìn)性。

       

      Abstract: The production and manufacture technology of HFW steel pipes have been developed so quickly, thanks to application of relevant newly developed equipment and a number of new techniques to manufacture of the medium-sized HFW pipes, including the FFX forming and sizing process, the hi-frequency welding process, the weld seam heat treatment and NDT, etc. Medium-sized HFW pipes have been widely used in the offshore and inland oil conveyance sectors. Over the recent years, the application scope of such pipes are further expanded owing to the development of the X80 linepipe and the TUF oil well pipe. Elaborated here in the article are the technological features and advantages of the medium-sized HFW mill based on analysis of the HFW 508 Pipe Mill located in North Petroleum China Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Branch.
