    UOE焊管預(yù)彎邊模具用新材料開發(fā)與模具制造

    Development of New Material for and Manufacture of Crimping Dies as Used for UOE Welded Pipe Plant

    • 摘要: 介紹了某公司UOE焊管預(yù)彎邊機(jī)及其模具特點(diǎn)，闡述了該預(yù)彎邊模具的服役狀態(tài)、模具材料的質(zhì)量要求和模具的制造難點(diǎn)。通過分析德國鍛造合金模具的化學(xué)成分、表面硬度、幾何尺寸，采用鑄造工藝研發(fā)出可替代進(jìn)口的新型高鉻合金模具鋼及預(yù)彎邊模具。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：該新模具的表面硬度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、沖擊韌性與進(jìn)口模具沒有明顯區(qū)別；經(jīng)批量生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)后，該新模具未出現(xiàn)明顯質(zhì)量缺陷，產(chǎn)品可替代進(jìn)口。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the characteristics of the UOE crimping press and dies thereof as used by a certain company.And the main aspects concerning the said dies are detailed，including service status，quality requirements for the material， and manufacture-related difficulties.The new type high-Cr alloy die-purpose steel，and corresponding casting process for manufacturing the dies which meet the requirements for the crimping process have been developed based on an analysis of the characteristics of the imported Germany-made dies which involves chemical composition，surface hardness and geometric size，etc.The results from inspections of the new die show that there is little difference between it and the above mentioned Germany-made die in terms of surface hardness，tensile strength and impact toughness.After the trial lot production of the newly-developed crimping die，no remarkable quality defect is found with the product，which means it is worth substituting the imported similar product.
