Development of Structure of 3-roll Mand rel Pipe Mills and Relevant Comparative Analysis

摘要: 介紹了三輥連軋管機的結構發(fā)展情況，對比分析了軸向換輥、側向換輥和雙側換輥3種換輥方式的共同點與差異性，以及3種換輥方式連軋管機的主要技術參數，并對PQF與FQM連軋管機軋制機架的差異部分進行了闡述。從應用情況來看，小規(guī)格鋼管生產機組采用軸向和側向換輥兩種方式都可；大規(guī)格鋼管生產機組都選用軸向換輥方式。

Abstract: Development of the structure of the 3-roll mandrel pipe mill is described here in the article.And a comparative analysis is made， involving the similarity and otherness of the three roll-change types， i.e.， axial roll-change，side roll-change and bilateral roll-change.Also elaborated are the main technical parameters for the three roll-change methods，and the differences between roll stand of the PQF mill and that of the FQM mill.From suitability point of view，for small-size steel pipe mills either axial roll-change method or side roll-change method is a proper selection，while for large-sized tube mills only axial roll-change method is preferred.
