摘要: 為了改變鋼管打包時(shí)包裝帶卡扣的制作工序多、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、效率低等狀況,凌源鋼鐵集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司鋼管廠(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)制造了一次成型氣動(dòng)卡扣沖壓機(jī),提高工作效率3倍多,減輕了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,而且操作簡(jiǎn)便,易于維修。Abstract: To improve the manufacture process of band buckles for steel tube packaging which has such disadvantages as too many operation steps,high work intensity and low productivity,an one pass-forming pneumatic buckle press has been developed by Steel Tube Tube Division,Lingyuan I & S Group Co., Ltd.,resulting in tripled productivity,lessened work intensity and easy operation and maintenance.
