    高鋼級抗H2S腐蝕管線用無縫鋼管的研制與開發(fā)

    R & D of High Steel Grade Anti-H2S Corrosion Seamless Pipe for Pipeline Service

    • 摘要: 通過對抗H2S腐蝕輸送管線用無縫鋼管的成分設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化,生產(chǎn)工藝的開發(fā)及優(yōu)化,冶煉工藝、軋管工藝及熱處理工藝的研究,成功開發(fā)出了高鋼級抗H2S腐蝕管線用無縫鋼管,并投入批量生產(chǎn)。經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)及用戶使用表明,產(chǎn)品的抗H2S腐蝕性能及其他各項(xiàng)性能良好。

       

      Abstract: The high steel grade anti-H2S corrosion seamless steel pipe for transport pipeline service has been successfully developed,and put into massive production,owing to the researches focusing on such aspects concerning the said pipe as chemical composition design and optimization,development and optimization of the manufacturing processes,and steel melting processes,pipe rolling processes and pipe heat treatment processes,etc.Relevant final product inspection results and end-user feedbacks show that the H2S corrosion-resistance and all of the other properties of the said pipe are excellent.
