    Research on Calculation of Rolling Force of Assel Rolling Mill

    • 摘要: 分析金屬在Assel軋管機(jī)軋制時(shí)的變形特征,將軋制過程分為減徑部分和減壁部分,建立其軋制力與軋制力矩的數(shù)學(xué)模型;依據(jù)該數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算出不同鋼種的軋制力和軋制力矩,并將計(jì)算值與現(xiàn)場實(shí)測值進(jìn)行對比,以驗(yàn)證數(shù)學(xué)模型的準(zhǔn)確性。最后根據(jù)前述數(shù)學(xué)模型,用Matlab軟件編制專用的Assel軋管機(jī)力能計(jì)算軟件。

       

      Abstract: By analyzing the deformation characteristics of a metal being rolled by an Assel rolling mill,the rolling process is divided into 2 parts,i.e.diameter reducing part and wall reducing part,so as to establish its mathematic model.And based on this mathematic model,the rolling forces and rolling torques for different steel grades are calculated and compared with actual measurements to verify the accuracy of the model.Furthermore,basing on this mathematic model,a dedicated force-energy calculation software for Assel rolling mill is compiled using Matlab software.
