    Development of Automatic Control System as Preventing Coilloosening during Uncoiling Operation of Spiral Welded Pipe Mill Line

    • 摘要: 為解決螺旋縫焊管機(jī)組拆卷工序因錐頭下壓調(diào)整不及時導(dǎo)致的散卷問題,設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)一套防散卷自動控制系統(tǒng)。介紹該自動控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理、重要參數(shù)的推導(dǎo)和計(jì)算,以及錐輪過壓保護(hù)措施;展示具體散卷控制效果。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明:該防散卷自動控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,控制效果良好,散卷發(fā)生率降低了80%,可為類似生產(chǎn)線的控制改進(jìn)提供借鑒和參考。

       

      Abstract: An automatic coil-loosening-preventing system is developed to fix the problem of coil-loosening as encountered with during the uncoiling operation step of the spiral welded pipe mill line, and caused due to such an improper operation that the press-down of the conical head is not adjusted in time.Elaborated here in the essay are the main aspects of the said control system, including the operating principle, derivation and calculation of the major parameters, and the protective measures against over pressing by the conical wheel.The actual effectiveness of coil-loosening prevention by the said control system is demonstrated.The operation result shows that the system is capable of consistent and reliable running, satisfactory control effectiveness, and reducing the coil-loosening incidence by 80%, being worthy using as a reference for modifying the control systems of similar operation lines.
