    矯直輥輥形曲線的設(shè)計計算與優(yōu)化

    Design Calculation and Optimization of Roll Shape Curve of Straightening Rolls

    • 摘要: 分析鋼管的矯直原理,建立輥形曲線的方程表達(dá)式,并利用Mathematics軟件求解方程。在Excel中計算x方向每間隔1 mm點(diǎn)所對應(yīng)的y值,并優(yōu)化個別點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)值,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)矯直輥的數(shù)控切削加工。通過該種方法加工出的矯直輥,輥形曲面形狀和粗糙度能夠滿足客戶的要求,且使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of the straightening principle of steel pipes the equation expression of the roll shape curve is obtained and solved by the mathematics software.The coordinate y value corresponding to each 1 mm point in x direction is calculated by Excel and the coordinate value of some individual points is optimized so as to realize the cutting machining of straightening rolls.The roll shape surface profile and roughness of the rolls machined in such method can all meet the requirements of customers with excellent effects in use.
