油田用舊油管修復(fù)技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建議

Present Situation of Repairing Technology of Used Oil Field Tubings and Suggestions for Standardization

摘要: 分析了油管的失效形式，即結(jié)蠟、結(jié)垢、偏磨、螺紋黏結(jié)、腐蝕，以及失效原因；歸納總結(jié)了舊油管修復(fù)技術(shù)的3個(gè)階段，即分選+清洗+檢測(cè)階段、二次螺紋加工階段和再制造技術(shù)階段。建議在整合油田現(xiàn)有油管修復(fù)方法的基礎(chǔ)上，制定相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)舊油管的修復(fù)技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化引導(dǎo)。

Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are various types of and causes for the failures of oil tubings，such as paraffin precipitation，scaling，eccentric wear，galling and corrosion.The repairing technology for used oil tubings is summerized as 3 stages，i.e.the sorting+cleaning+detecting stage，the re-threading stage，and the re-producing stage.It is recommanded to establish a relevant industry standard by integrating the current repairing methods for used oil tubings，so as to provide a standardized guidance to the repairing of used oil tubings，the manufacturing process，and the field application.
