摘要: 介紹了成都無縫鋼管廠Φ508mm無縫管RTS-300型超聲波自動化探傷機組的結(jié)構(gòu)、特點,以及該機組對Φ119mm×16mm,Φ245mm×40mm,Φ508mm×13mm無縫管樣管進行探傷試運行的情況。Abstract: Introuced in the paper are the main aspects of the RTS-300 Automatic Ultrasonic Flaw Inspectioh System for 508mm Seamless Steel tubes located at Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Plant, including structure and features of the system and the trial operation of the system for inspecting of seamless steel tubes with sizes of 119mm×16mm, 245mm×40mm and 508mm×13mm.
