海洋用厚壁HFW管線管的研發(fā)

摘要: 介紹了Φ406.4mm×19.1mmX65MO鋼級海洋用厚壁HFW管線管的主要研發(fā)內(nèi)容及其性能指標(biāo)檢驗(yàn)情況。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該產(chǎn)品各項(xiàng)技術(shù)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)均滿足DNV-OS-F101—2007《海底管道系統(tǒng)規(guī)范》和用戶技術(shù)規(guī)范要求。目前,該產(chǎn)品已成功應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)某淺海海域的海底油氣管道工程中,應(yīng)用情況良好。Abstract: Described here in the assey are the major information concerning R & D of the Φ406.4 mm×19.1 mm X65MO HFW linepipe for marine service,and the inspection criteria for it.The results of relevant tests to the said linepipe show that all the technological and quality target values thereof are in conformity to both the applicable technical specification for Submarine Pipeline Systems(DNV-OS-F101—2007) and the end-user's techncial spec-ification as well.The product has been so far successfully used for a domestic submarine oil/gas pipe line project as being performed in a shallow sea area.
