    Improvement on Manufacture Process of Assel Pipe Mill Roll

    • 摘要: 分析了Assel軋管機(jī)國產(chǎn)化軋輥套易裂原因。通過采取離心鑄造、嚴(yán)格軋制操作及改進(jìn)軋輥輥套與輥軸裝配型式等措施,提高了軋輥的使用壽命,取得了較好的效果。

       

      Abstract: Causes for high crack frequency of the home-made roll bush of the Assel pipe mill are investigated. Service life of the mill roll has been prolonged, and higher efficiency obtained due to such measures taken as centrifugal casting, more stringent operation procedures and a better bush-shaft assembly type of the roll.
