    冷軋精密鋼管用芯棒的選材和熱處理

    Material Selection and Heat Treatment of Mandrel for Precision Steel Tube Cold-rolling Process

    • 摘要: 討論了冷軋精密鋼管的關(guān)鍵工模具冷軋芯棒的工況特點(diǎn)、選材和熱處理工藝。分析了GCr15鋼冷軋芯棒在制造工藝和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用中存在的問題以及9CrSi、Cr12MoV鋼的材料特性。提出了冷軋芯棒合理的制造工藝。解決了細(xì)長類工具冷軋芯棒在進(jìn)行熱處理變形控制的同時(shí)獲得高硬度高耐磨性的工藝難題。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are the main aspects concerning the mandrel,a key process tool for cold-rolling of precision seamless steel tube,including the work condition characteristics,material selection and heat treatment.And analyses are also made on the problems concerning the manufacturing process and operation of the GCr15 steel mandrel as well as the material characteristics of the 9CrSi and Cr12MoV steels.As a result,a proper manufacturing process of the said mandrel is proposed in order to solve the chronic technological problem of how to properly control the heat treatment deformation of slim tools like the mandrel in a bid to get both high hardness and high wearability.
