    DISCUSSION ON LAW OF CHEMICAL COMPOSITION CHANGE OF ELECTROSLAG REMELTED STEELS FOR HI-PRESSURE BOILER TUBE-MAKING

    • 摘要: 通過大量數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計及回歸分析,探討了20G,15CrMoG,12Cr1MoVG高壓鍋爐管用鋼電渣重熔前后化學(xué)成分的變化規(guī)律,并由此推導(dǎo)出20G,15CrMoG,12Cr1MoVG高壓鍋爐管用鋼電渣重熔前后元素含量變化的近似計算公式。用該近似計算公式可確定自耗電極元素含量的控制范圍。

       

      Abstract: Based on a great deal of statistics and with regression analysis,discussions are made on the law of chemical composition change of 20G,15CrMoG and 12Cr1MoVG steels for hi-pressure boiler tube-making before and after electroslag remelting.As a result,the approximation equation for computing the chemical content change of the said steels before and after electroslag remelting is derived.With this approximation equation the control range of the chemical composition of the consumable electrode can be determined.
