高鋼級(jí)HFW石油套管的研制

R&D of High Grade HFW Oil Casing

摘要: 介紹了HFW焊管機(jī)組的生產(chǎn)能力以及高鋼級(jí)HFW石油套管的開(kāi)發(fā)研制情況。經(jīng)過(guò)一系列檢測(cè)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，通過(guò)調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理工藝研制出的N80Q、L80-1、P110鋼級(jí)高強(qiáng)度HFW石油套管，其材料組織、強(qiáng)度、韌性等都發(fā)生了變化，力學(xué)性能達(dá)到了API Spec 5CT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（第9版）要求，可滿足用戶的技術(shù)要求。分析認(rèn)為：原料成分和調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理是實(shí)現(xiàn)高鋼級(jí)HFW石油套管生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵。

Abstract: Introduced here are the production capacity of the HFW pipe welding mill and the R&D situation of high grade HFW oil casing.For N8OQ, L80-1 and P110 high strength HFW oil casings developed by quenching and tempering process, a series of tests and analysis found out that their material structure, strength and toughness ect.have all changed after quenching and tempering, and their mechanical properties meet the requirements of API Spec 5CT (9th edition) and satisfy the technical requirements of customers.The analysis indicates that material composition and quenching and tempering are the key factors for realizing the production of the high grade HFW oil casing.
