    • 摘要: 介紹一種適用于多種規(guī)格鋼管內(nèi)徑測(cè)量的極限量規(guī)。簡(jiǎn)述該極限量規(guī)的研發(fā)背景，重點(diǎn)介紹該極限量規(guī)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、使用方法，以及在生產(chǎn)使用中需要注意的問(wèn)題。研發(fā)出的極限量規(guī)具有使用便捷、適應(yīng)性范圍廣、判斷準(zhǔn)確、安全性好的特點(diǎn)，可成倍地提高檢測(cè)效率；與過(guò)去使用的量規(guī)相比，極限量規(guī)至少可以減少60%以上的購(gòu)置成本。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay is an inner diameter limit gauge suitable for steel pipes with different sizes, involving the R & D background, and focusing on main aspects of the gauge such as the technical features, operation method, and issues that need to be taken care during on-the-site operation.The said limit gauge as developed features wide applicable scope, accurate judgement and satisfactory safety performance, being able to multiply enhance the inspection efficiency.Compared with the similar gauge as previously employed, using the said limit gauge will get the acquisition cost reduced by at least 60%.
