    Application of Differential Mechanisms to Waste Edge Handling in Slitting Line

    • 摘要: 利用差速機(jī)構(gòu)的兩個輸出軸分別帶動縱剪機(jī)組中的兩側(cè)卷邊機(jī)來卷曲廢邊,可使廢邊在卷曲過程中能夠自動調(diào)整兩側(cè)張力,從而實現(xiàn)廢邊始終處在等張力狀態(tài)下卷曲的目的,克服了帶鋼縱剪機(jī)組非張力卷曲和切成碎邊存在的缺點,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。

       

      Abstract: Thanks to the solution of using the two output shafts of the differential mechanisms to drive the two lateral coilers of the slitting line to coil the waste edge,the tensions of both sides of the waste edge can be automatically adjusted during the coiling process. As a result,the waste edge is always coiled under a constant tension condition. Thus the shortcomings of the slitting line,i.e.,the non-tension coiling and broken edge-causing cutting are overcome,and the shearing productivity enhanced.
