Development of X80 Ф1 219 mm × 33 mm Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded Pipe for Main Pipeline Service

摘要: 介紹X80鋼級(jí)Ф1 219 mm×33 mm干線用直縫埋弧焊管產(chǎn)品的研制過(guò)程，研究適用于X80鋼級(jí)Ф1 219 mm×33 mm干線管用鋼板的化學(xué)成分與組織，解決33 mm超大壁厚X80鋼級(jí)干線管的剪切面積率低下的難題；通過(guò)優(yōu)化焊材匹配，創(chuàng)新小角度坡口、低線能量、快速焊接的方法，獲得了性能優(yōu)良的焊接接頭。研制出的X80鋼級(jí)Ф1 219 mm×33 mm干線用直縫埋弧焊管的性能達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平，具備批量生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用的條件。

Abstract: Elaborated in the article are the activities for development of the X80 Ф1 219 mm×33 mm longitudinal su- bmerged arc welded(LSAW)pipe for main pipeline service.Studied are the chemical composition and the microstructure of the steel plate as suitable for manufacturing the said welded pipe.As a result,the difficult problem of low shearing area of the 33 mm extra heavy-wall LSAW pipe is solved.And a kind of welded joint with good mechanical performance is obtained by means of optimizing welding consumable matching,and innovating a correspondingly fast welding method featuring small-angle bevel and lower heat input.The X80 Ф1 219 mm×33 mm LSAW pipe for main pipeline service as developed has been up to relevant international advanced level,and ready for mass production and application.
