    銑邊機(jī)動態(tài)調(diào)整銑邊寬度的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)

    Realization of Milling Width Dynamic Adjustment of Edge Milling Machine

    • 摘要: 由于某公司銑邊機(jī)左右切削刀盤位置是左右油缸單獨(dú)驅(qū)動,當(dāng)成型段更換產(chǎn)品規(guī)格,橫焊縫經(jīng)過銑邊機(jī)時,整條焊管線就需要停機(jī),再調(diào)整帶鋼銑后寬度參數(shù),這就產(chǎn)生了較多降級管。分析認(rèn)為:在保持原有機(jī)械設(shè)備不變的情況下,改進(jìn)銑邊機(jī)銑后寬度調(diào)整控制方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了橫焊縫經(jīng)過銑邊機(jī)時左右切削刀盤位置動態(tài)調(diào)整的功能,有效提高了HFW焊管的收得率。

       

      Abstract: In regard of an edge milling machine of a certain company, since the left cutting tools and the right cutting tools are separately driven by a left oil cylinder and a right oil cylinder, the whole welding line needs to be shut down and the strip steel width after milling needs to be adjusted during size changing at the forming section and when transversal weld passing the milling machine, which results in more degraded tubes.The analysis indicates that, without changing the existing mechanical equipment, by improving the adjustment control method for strip steel width after milling, the function of dynamic adjustment of left and right cutting tool positions is realized when a transversal weld is passing the milling machine, which effectively increases the yield of HFW welding pipes.
