    Intelligent Coordination Design of Roll Pass of Assel Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)和虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)Assel軋管機(jī)軋輥輥型的方法。介紹了Assel軋管機(jī)軋輥輥型智能協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的體系結(jié)構(gòu), 基于Macromedia Flash Professional 8軟件平臺(tái)和面向?qū)ο蟮木幊陶Z(yǔ)言Action Script設(shè)計(jì)各模塊的方法, Flash中3D效果的實(shí)現(xiàn), 以及與Auto CAD平臺(tái)接口的設(shè)計(jì)方案。利用這一方法所設(shè)計(jì)的軋輥輥型已在天津鋼管集團(tuán)股份有限公司投入實(shí)際生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用, 完成了6種管坯500余種規(guī)格無縫鋼管的軋制。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the article is the method for design of the roll pass of Assel pipe mill based on the network and VR technologies. Detailed are the systematic structure of the intelligent coordination design of the roll pass of Assel pipe mill, the design methods for various modules on the basis of the software platform of Macromedia Flash Professional 8 and the object-oriented programming language Action Script, realization of the 3-D effects in Flash and the design scheme of the interface with the Auto CAD platform. The roll passes as de- signed with this design method has been put into operation in Tianjin Steel Pipe Corp., Ltd., being successful in rolling seamless steel tubes with 6 billet sizes and 500 specifications.
