    X90M鋼級螺旋縫焊管殘余應力控制的實現(xiàn)——2號輥壓下量與殘余應力關系模型的建立

    Control of Residual Stress of X90M SSAW Pipe—Setting up Model of Relationship between Screwdown Amount of Roll 2 and Residual Stress

    • 摘要: 為了得到2號輥壓下量與殘余應力的關系模型,以X90M鋼級卷板拉伸試驗應力-應變曲線和PWS預精焊機組成型器參數(shù)為依托,利用材料力學理論和工程軟件MATLAB,解析推導出X90M鋼級鋼板成型過程最大彎矩、預彎半徑等;并進一步求出鋼板在成型器中的撓曲線方程,得出成型器2號輥壓下量與殘余應力的關系模型。驗證結果表明:該關系模型基本符合生產實際,可作為生產的理論指導。

       

      Abstract: The model of relationship between screwdown amount of Roll No.2 and residual stress of the pipe is established by taking the actions as below.Based on the stress-strain curve as resulting from the tensile test to the X90M steel plate,and the former parameters of the PWS pre-welding/finish welding operation line,and using the material mechanics theory and MATALAB engineering software, data like the maximum bending torque, and pre-bending radium,etc.for forming process of the said plate is analyzed and deduced.Furthermore,the equation of deflection curve of the plate in the former is found out,and finally the said model is set up.The verification result demonstrates that the relationship model is basically in compliance with the actual production circumstances,being worth using as theoretic guidance to the pipe production.
