    Development and Production of Steel Plates Used for X70M Thin Walled Line Pipes

    • 摘要: 介紹了X70M鋼級11.91 mm薄規(guī)格管線鋼板的開發(fā)與生產(chǎn)情況;通過設(shè)計(jì)合理的化學(xué)成分、煉鋼工藝、厚板工藝,及采用TMCP(控制軋制+ACC)厚板軋制工藝,成功開發(fā)出出口的薄規(guī)格X70鋼級11.91 mm×2 803 mm管線鋼鋼板;分析鋼板屈強(qiáng)比超標(biāo)的原因,確定了控制薄規(guī)格鋼板屈強(qiáng)比的關(guān)鍵因素。分析認(rèn)為:厚板精軋道次分配量對鋼板性能影響較大。隨精軋末道次壓下量的減少,鋼板變薄導(dǎo)致其溫降增大,引起鋼板變形抗力和位錯密度的急劇上升,從而引起鋼板強(qiáng)度的上升;同時,較低溫度下的軋制使冷卻后的晶粒更加細(xì)小,因此屈服強(qiáng)度上升的幅度較抗拉強(qiáng)度上升的幅度大,引起鋼板屈強(qiáng)比的上升。

       

      Abstract: The development and production of the steel plates used for X70M thin walled 11.91 mm line pipes are described.The exported plate used for X70M thin walled 11.91 mm×2 803 mm line pipes has been successfully developed through reasonable design of chemical composition, steel making process and heavy plate rolling process and by use of TMCP(control rolling+ACC) heavy plate rolling process.The reason that the yield strength ratio is out of limits is analyzed and the key factors with which the yield strength ratio will be controlled for thin plate are determined.The analysis shows that the distribution amount in the finishing passes will greatly impact the plate properties.The temperature drop of the plate will be increased when the plate becomes thinner with the screw down value reduced in the final finishing pass, which will cause the deformation resistance and dislocation density of the plate sharply increased and in turn to made the plate strength increased.The cooled grain size will be finer if rolling is done under lower temperature so the increasing degree of the yield strength is larger than that of the tensile strength, which will cause the yield strength ratio of the plate increased.
