摘要: 介紹了葡北4-11井場新鉆桿發(fā)生內(nèi)螺紋接頭失效事故的有關情況,對失效鉆桿進行了宏觀分析與斷口微觀分析以及材質(zhì)理化檢驗,從鉆桿結(jié)構(gòu)和載荷兩個方面探討了發(fā)生失效事故的主要原因,并提出了改進建議。Abstract: Described is the internally-threaded joint failure of the newly-used drill pipe encountered in the field of Pubei 4-11 Well. Macro-analysis of the de fective drill pipe and micro-analysis of the rupture are conducted, and the mate rial used undergoes relevant physiochemical tests, in a bid to identify the major causes of the said failure in terms of structure and load of the drill pipe. B ased on the analyses, corrective are proposed.
