摘要: 天津市無(wú)縫鋼管廠通過(guò)改進(jìn)張力減徑機(jī)機(jī)架與軋輥孔型,使入口荒管直徑由原來(lái)的118mm擴(kuò)大到133mm,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了Φ127,121mm等高精度產(chǎn)品規(guī)格的軋制。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐證明,孔型設(shè)計(jì)合理。Abstract: Owing to modification of the stands and rolls, the stretch-reducing pipe mill located at Tianjin Municipal Seamless Steel Tube Plant has been capable of rolling hi-precision Φ127 mm and Φ121 mm pipes with mother pipes with maximum O.D of 133 mm (originally 118 mm). The grooves designed have been proven very effective through operation.
