鉆桿接頭雙臺肩抗扭應(yīng)力分析
Analysis of Torsional Stress of Drill Stem Double Shoulder Connector

摘要: 鉆桿工具接頭的抗扭強度普遍低于管體,為滿足使用需要,考慮選擇非API雙臺肩高抗扭矩接頭。為此,使用I-DEAS和MARC兩個大型有限元分析軟件,在SGI INDIG 02 IMPACTR10000型工作站進行計算機仿真,對S-135鉆桿接頭雙臺肩齒面與臺肩部位應(yīng)力分布進行分析,并將計算結(jié)果與API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接頭進行對此。結(jié)果表明,雙臺肩工具接頭的抗扭能力是API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接頭的1.5倍。Abstract: The torsional strength of the drill stem tool joint is generally lower than that of the pipe body thereof.To meet the need in this regard the non-API hi-torsional strength double shoulder connector is selected.Then two large-scale FE analyzing softwares named I-DEAS and MARC are used at the SGI INDIG 02 IMPACTR 10000 working station for relevant computerized simulation to analyze the stress distribution on the double shoulder tooth surface and in the shoulder area of the S-135drill stem connector.The result of the calculation is compared with the API standard connector,which has brought about such a conclusion that the torsional strength of the said double shoulder connector is as high as 1.5 times the API standard connector.
