摘要: 簡(jiǎn)介了API油套管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)展和技術(shù)要求的變化,論述制定補(bǔ)充訂貨技術(shù)條件的必要性,提出原有補(bǔ)充訂貨技術(shù)條件已不能適應(yīng)油氣田苛刻工況和采用新技術(shù)、新工藝作業(yè)的要求,迫切需要適時(shí)制定新的補(bǔ)充訂貨技術(shù)條件。
