厚壁毛管穿孔產(chǎn)生內(nèi)裂和夾層的原因分析
INVESTIGATION ON FORMATION OF INTERNAL CRACK AND LAMINATION OF HEAVY WALLED PIERCED SHELL

摘要: 通過對厚壁毛管穿孔過程中變形特點和應(yīng)力狀態(tài)分析得出:厚壁毛管產(chǎn)生內(nèi)裂和夾層的原因是雙鼓變形和反復(fù)彎曲變形產(chǎn)生的切向附加應(yīng)力過大及各種工藝因素的影響。提出了減少和預(yù)防內(nèi)裂、夾層缺陷的措施。Abstract: Based on the investigation on the deformation characteristics and stresses occurring during piercing of the heavy walled shell,it is concluded that the tremendous tangential subsidary stress due to the dual-drum type deformation and the repeated bending deformation and various other technological factors are responsible for the development of the said internal cracks and laminations.Also presented in the article are measures to prevent or reduce the defective cracks and laminations.
