    焊管深度塑性變形加工技術的新進展

    New Development of Technology for Deep Plastic Deformation of Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 無論采用何種方式生產的焊管,其焊縫的強韌性、耐腐蝕性常常會略遜于母材,導致其在要求特別高的領域使用受到限制。焊管經過深度冷或熱的塑性變形加工后,其材質的均一性,即焊縫區(qū)的強韌性、耐腐蝕性等性能將與其母材區(qū)更趨一致,其性能更接近無縫鋼管。因此,無縫制管與焊管技術的緊密結合將是未來金屬制管技術的發(fā)展趨勢。

       

      Abstract: No matter what manufacturing process it is produced with, any weld pipe has its weld seam toughness and corrosion resistance lower than its base metal, which limits the application of such kind of tube in fields where relevant requirements are so stringent. However, thanks to deep cold or hot plastic deformation work, the tube properties become more homogenous, i.e., the weld seam toughness and corrosion resistance are much closer to those of the base metal, which means the weld tube is more similar to the seamless tube in terms of properties. Therefore it is predicted that the combination of the seamless steel manufacturing technology and that for weld tube will be the development trend of metallic tubular manufacture.
