摘要: 套管擠毀損壞是油氣田開發(fā)中面臨的重大技術(shù)難題,為此,研制了一種非API系列的高抗擠套管WSP110T。敘述了該高抗擠套管的設(shè)計原理、主要研制過程及試驗結(jié)果。權(quán)威部門對該套管的評價結(jié)果表明,其抗擠性能超過API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定值的25%以上。因此,用WSP110T套管代替普通API套管,可以有效延長油氣井的壽命,提高油田的綜合開發(fā)效益,具有廣闊的推廣前景。

Abstract: Casing collapse failure is regarded as a chronic serious technical problem encountered with in oil field operations.Addressing this issue a non-API WSP110T hi-collapse strength casing is developed.Presented here in the paper are the design principle,the main development activities and the test result related to the casing.The evaluation of the newly-developed product by relevant authorities shows that its collapse strength is 25% higher than what specified in applicable API specification,which leads to the conclusion that substituting the said casing for its API counterpart will prolong the service life of the oil well and enhance the overall benefit of oil field exploration,having a great potential market.
