預開卷機在預精焊生產(chǎn)中的應用

Application of Coil Preparation Stand to Two-step Pipe Welding Process

摘要: 介紹了預精焊機組中預開卷機的組成和結(jié)構(gòu)特點、工作原理及過程，分析了鋼卷頭部尺寸精度對切斜量的影響。分析認為：側(cè)彎量對切斜有較大影響，若將帶鋼“鐮刀彎”控制在6 mm/5 m范圍，可提高對頭銑邊速度，節(jié)省對頭時間，提高產(chǎn)量。實際使用結(jié)果表明：該預開卷機工作可靠，能夠很好的滿足生產(chǎn)需要。

Abstract: Described in the paper are the main aspects of the coil preparation stand integrated in the two-step pipe welding operation line, including equipment configuration and structure characteristics, and work principle and work process.Also analyzed is the effect by the dimensional accuracy of the head-end of the coil on the oblique cut amount.The analysis reveals that the side-bending amount imposes rather obvious effect on the oblique cut amount.In this case, if the bending range of the steel "sickle" is controlled within 6 mm/5 m, the butting-edge-milling speed shall be increased, and thus the butting time shall be shortened, and the output enhanced.The actual operation result shows that the coil preparation stand is capable of reliable operation, and is quite satisfactory to the need by the production.
