    我國鋼管工業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、問題與發(fā)展前景(上)

    Current Situation,Existing Problems and Development Prospect of Domestic Steel Tube Industry（Part Ⅰ）

    • 摘要: 概要分析了當(dāng)前我國無縫和焊接鋼管生產(chǎn)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,包括生產(chǎn)能力和消費(fèi)情況;簡要介紹了國內(nèi)主要鋼管生產(chǎn)廠家的生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、裝備以及油井管、高壓鍋爐管和核電用管等高端產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)情況。針對鋼管行業(yè)所存在的短期行為、盲目發(fā)展、重復(fù)建設(shè)的嚴(yán)重現(xiàn)象以及一些企業(yè)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、質(zhì)量差、能耗高,生產(chǎn)機(jī)制不完善,能源與環(huán)保管理水平低等方面有悖國家《鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策》的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展舉措。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed generally in the paper is the development situation of domestic seamless and welded pipe manufacturing industry,covering production capacity and consumption,etc. Also briefed are the main aspects of major domestic steel tube makers,involving production,technologies,equipment as well as the R & D of such hi-end products as OCTG,high pressure boiler pipes and pipes for nuclear power generation purpose. Relevant development measures are proposed addressing existing main problems of steel tube industry,including short-sighted actions,pell-mell development and repeated projects,and certain problems against 《Policies for Development of Iron & Steel Production》 as established by the State,including unreasonable product mix,poor product quality,high energy consumption,incomplete operation mechanism and poor management of energy and environment.
