摘要: 改善毛管壁厚均勻度是提高成品鋼管壁厚尺寸精度的基礎,而正確選擇頂頭平整段錐角是確保斜軋穿孔過程中獲得良好的均壁效果的重要條件。探討了利用斜軋穿孔機軋輥開度方程來選擇頂頭平整段錐角的有關(guān)問題。Abstract: Improvement of the hollow bloom wall thickness uniformity is regarded as the basis for improvement of the finished tube wall dimensional accuracy. And a properly determined conical angle of the plug smoothing zone is a critical condition to ensure satisfactory wall uniformity resulting from the rotary piercing process. Also discussed are relevant issues concerning use of the equation of piercer roll opening to determine the said conical angle.
