    非調質N80油井管鋼的典型組織缺陷分析及其影響

    Analysis of and Influence by Typical Structural Defects of N80 Non-quenched and Tempered Steel for OCTG-making

    • 摘要: 通過對非調質N80油井管鋼的金相組織研究,分析了該鋼典型組織缺陷的產生原因及其對力學性能的影響。結果表明,國內使用的非調質N80油井管鋼的典型組織為P+F和B+P+F;組織缺陷主要為粗大網狀鐵素體、片狀馬氏體組織、過熱魏氏組織以及表面脫碳,會使鋼材的韌性降低;片狀馬氏體組織對鋼材的使用性能危害最為嚴重,會使鋼材的沖擊韌性顯著降低,是鋼材發(fā)生應力腐蝕及斷裂的直接原因。

       

      Abstract: Based on the study of the metallographic structure of the non-quenched and tempered N80 OCTG -purpose steel,an analysis is made to identify the causes responsible for development of typical structural defects of the steel and the influence by such defects on the mechanical properties thereof. The analytical result shows that the typical structures of the domestically-used non-quenched and tempered N80 OCTG-purpose steel are P+F and B+P+F. Relevant main structural defects are course network ferrite,flake martensitic structure,overheated Widmannst?tten structure and surface decarbonization,which reduce toughness of the steel,particularly the flake martensitic structure that is most harmful to operation properties of the steel,and significantly reduces the steel’s impact toughness,being the direct cause for stress corrosion and rupture of the steel.
