    • 摘要: 本文分析了空拔管的縱裂及其與殘余應力的關系,討論了鋼管空拔變形的不均勻性及殘余應力的形成,介紹了利用輔助變形的方法降低空拔管殘余應力的試驗及取得的明顯效果。

       

      Abstract: The relationship between longitudinal cracks and residual stress in tube drawing without inside tools is analyzed, the nonuniform formation and residual stress occurance during drawing are discussed and the experiment onreducing the residual stress in tube drawing without inside tools using an auxiliary forming method and its good result are described
