FE Simulation of Roll-extrusion Process of Shaped Steel Tube

摘要: 利用非線(xiàn)性有限元分析軟件MSC.Marc對(duì)方形異型鋼管的無(wú)芯棒輥擠成型過(guò)程進(jìn)行了有限元分析,得到了成型過(guò)程中應(yīng)力與變形的分布與變化以及成型后異型管的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了有限元分析的正確性。研究結(jié)果為生產(chǎn)提供了有益的依據(jù)。Abstract: A FE analysis is conducted to non-mandrel roll extrusion process of formation of square shaped steel tube by means of the non-linear FE analysis software, MSC. Marc, resulting in the identification of distributions of the stress and deformation during the formation process and the structural profile of the shaped tube after formation. The result of the said FE analysis is verified by relevant experiment, providing a positive basis for production of the said shaped tube.
