摘要: 簡要介紹了TC183的職能范圍、歸口的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及我國鋼管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,包括事實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系和理想標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的系統(tǒng)性、協(xié)調(diào)性、完整性方面,剖析事實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺點(diǎn),為建立理想的中國鋼管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系奠定基礎(chǔ)。Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the responsibilities and functions of TC183,the standards subject to the management thereby and the national standard systems for steel tubes,including the fact standard system and ideal standard system.The advantages and disadvantages of the fact system are analyzed in terms of systematicness,coordinativeness and completeness,which lays a basis for building up the national steel tube standard ideal system.
