摘要: 螺旋焊管的表面質(zhì)量與其內(nèi)在質(zhì)量同樣是焊管質(zhì)量的重要保證因素。分析了螺旋焊管表面質(zhì)量的影響因素,包括焊道外觀質(zhì)量、管體壓痕、"噘嘴"、"塌腰"等,以及這些因素的產(chǎn)生原因。提出了有效改善焊管表面質(zhì)量的措施。Abstract: The surface quality of the spiral weld pipe is as so critical a quality assurance element as its interior quality. The elements as negatively influencing surface quality of the spiral weld pipe are analyzed, including weld seam apparent quality, impression on pipe body, sticking up and collapse, etc., and the causes for these elements are also discussed. Accordingly, countermeasures are proposed to improve the apparent quality of the weld pipe.
