    A Method for Automatically Generating Grinding Data for Steel Tube Straightening Roll

    • 摘要: 介紹了一種自動生成鋼管矯直輥修模數(shù)據(jù)的方法。該方法利用CAD軟件中的VBA編程，調(diào)用API函數(shù)和功能，自動完成鋼管矯直輥輥型曲線設(shè)計和輸出。該方法可以取代專業(yè)矯直輥輥型曲線設(shè)計軟件，可以準(zhǔn)確、快速輸出數(shù)控加工矯直輥所需要的坐標(biāo)點數(shù)據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the essay is a method for automatically generating grinding data for steel tube straightening roll.This method involves using the VBA programming of relevant CAD software，and invoking the API function and related functions to automatically fulfill design and output of the steel tube straightening roll shape curve.The method can substitute the professional design software for the said curve，and get the coordinate data as needed by the NC processing of the roll output accurately and quickly.
