微合金化15MnNbRE鋼的熱強性能研究

摘要: 研究了15MnNbRE鋼持久強度與材料熱處理狀態(tài)的關系,以及高溫抗氧化性能和長時期組織穩(wěn)定性。結果表明,該鋼的高溫持久強度比鍋爐用低碳鋼20G提高約20%。Abstract: The investigation involves creep rupture strength of the 15MnNbRE steel VS heat-treatment condition thereof, the said steel's anti-oxidation behaviour and staying structural stability under high temperature, It is concluded that the said micro-alloyed steel's high-temperature long-time strength is approximately 20% higher than that of the 20G low-carbon steel for boiler service.
