    控軋控冷技術(shù)的發(fā)展及在鋼管軋制中應(yīng)用的設(shè)想

    Development of TMCP and Envisaged Application to Steel Tube Rolling

    • 摘要: 傳統(tǒng)控軋控冷(TMCP)技術(shù)由于受到冷卻能力的限制,對(duì)鋼材性能的提高有一定局限性。為了進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化鋼材的性能,提出了以超快速冷卻技術(shù)為核心的新一代控軋控冷(NG-TMCP)技術(shù)。該技術(shù)提高了鋼的細(xì)晶強(qiáng)化、析出強(qiáng)化、相變強(qiáng)化等多種強(qiáng)化機(jī)制,充分挖掘了鋼材的潛力。介紹了NG-TMCP技術(shù)目前在熱軋帶鋼、中厚板、棒線材及H型鋼工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展情況,提出了其在鋼管軋制中的應(yīng)用方案。

       

      Abstract: With the conventional TMCP(thermo-mechanical control process),improvement of the steel performance is restrained due to the limited cooling capacity.To further strengthen the steel performance,a new-generation TMCP or NG-TMCP with ultra-fast cooling process as the core technique is proposed to take the place of the conventional TMCP.Thanks to the said new TMCP,the steel mechanism of multi-strengthening of grain refining,precipitation and phase-transformation is improved,and thus the potential of the steel is further tapped.Described in the article are the progresses of applications of the NG-TMCP to steel hot-rolling operations for such products as strip,medium plate,wire rod and H-beam etc.Also proposed is the tentative plan for application of the technology to the tube-rolling process.
